E Zhitao, from Changzhou, Jiangsu, completed his bachelor's, master's, and doctoral studies at Central South University two years ago. With a penchant for innovation and exploration, he became a shareholder with "capital + technology" under strong support from various parties, and serves as the project leader of Hunan Mengxing Nanomaterials Technology Co., Ltd.(referred to as "Mengxing Nanomaterials"). After nearly two years of construction, the project is nearing completion and will be put into production in May. It is estimated that after reaching full production, it can produce 60,000 tons of positive electrode material lithium manganese iron phosphate annually, with an annual output value of 3 billion yuan.

兩年前，鄂志韜從中南大學(xué)博士畢業(yè),，作為新材料方向的博士生,，就業(yè)機(jī)會較多。

“可以去科研院所或到相關(guān)龍頭企業(yè)就職,，是最保險(xiǎn)也最傳統(tǒng)的方式,。”回憶當(dāng)初走出校門選擇“創(chuàng)業(yè)＋就業(yè)”這一風(fēng)險(xiǎn)最大的模式,，鄂志韜坦言,最關(guān)鍵的就是湖南智電谷新能源技術(shù)研究院（以下簡稱“智電谷研究院”）這一孵化平臺的出現(xiàn),，讓自己的自主創(chuàng)業(yè)成為可能。

剛過而立之年的鄂志韜,，今年可謂喜事連連：負(fù)責(zé)的新項(xiàng)目即將投產(chǎn),，自己也“升級”當(dāng)了爸爸。

“除了長沙話講得不咋的,，我就是個地道的長沙人,。”鄂志韜開玩笑說,，這是2012年剛來長沙上大學(xué)時(shí)沒有想到的,。

長沙這些年的“巨變”，鄂志韜深有體會,。

“記得當(dāng)時(shí)來長沙上學(xué),，先從常州坐16個小時(shí)火車到株洲，再從株洲坐兩小時(shí)汽車到長沙西站,，然后到學(xué)?！倍F(xiàn)在，鄂志韜回老家只要6個小時(shí),，早晨出發(fā),，可以趕到老家陪父母吃中飯。
"I remember when I came to Changsha to study, I first took a 16-hour train from Changzhou to Zhuzhou, and then took a two-hour bus from Zhuzhou to Changsha West Station, and then to the school..." And now, E Zhitao only needs 6 hours to go back to his hometown, and he can go home in the morning and have lunch with his parents.
