近日，中國(guó)駐津巴布韋大使館在津巴布韋首都哈拉雷舉行了紀(jì)念援津醫(yī)療隊(duì)派遣40周年招待會(huì)暨授勛儀式,，中國(guó)（湖南）第21批援津巴布韋醫(yī)療隊(duì)榮獲津巴布韋共和國(guó)卓越勛章，這是津巴布韋政府對(duì)第21批援津醫(yī)療隊(duì)無(wú)私奉獻(xiàn)和卓越貢獻(xiàn)的最高褒獎(jiǎng),。

Recently, the Chinese Embassy in Zimbabwe held a reception and award ceremony in Harare, the capital of Zimbabwe, to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the dispatch of medical teams to aid Zimbabwe. The 21st Chinese (Hunan) Medical Team to Zimbabwe was awarded the Order of Excellence of the Republic of Zimbabwe. This is the highest commendation from the Zimbabwean government for the selfless dedication and outstanding contributions of the 21st medical team to Zimbabwe.

在過(guò)去這一年，第21批援津醫(yī)療隊(duì)秉持著 “不畏艱苦,、甘于奉獻(xiàn),、救死扶傷,、大愛(ài)無(wú)疆” 的中國(guó)醫(yī)療隊(duì)精神，在津巴布韋開(kāi)展了超有成效的醫(yī)療援助工作,。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，醫(yī)療隊(duì)累計(jì)為7965名患者提供了高質(zhì)量的臨床和影像診斷服務(wù),，還成功開(kāi)展了多項(xiàng)臨床新技術(shù),。不僅如此，醫(yī)療隊(duì)深入偏遠(yuǎn)社區(qū),、孤兒院、工廠和礦山,，開(kāi)展了16次免費(fèi)醫(yī)療服務(wù)活動(dòng)，讓6113名當(dāng)?shù)孛癖娛芤?，足跡遍布津巴布韋全境,。

Over the past year, adhering to the spirit of the Chinese medical team, which is "not afraid of hardships, willing to contribute, saving lives and healing the wounded, and showing boundless love", the 21st medical team to Zimbabwe has carried out highly effective medical assistance work in Zimbabwe. According to statistics, the medical team has provided high-quality clinical and imaging diagnosis services for 7,965 patients and successfully launched a number of new clinical technologies. Moreover, the medical team has gone deep into remote communities, orphanages, factories, and mines, carrying out 16 free medical service activities, benefiting 6,113 local people, and leaving its footprints all over Zimbabwe.

在醫(yī)療援助的過(guò)程中,，第21批醫(yī)療隊(duì)還特別注重推動(dòng)當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)療能力建設(shè),。醫(yī)療隊(duì)成功建成 “中津遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)學(xué)中心”“中津臨床技能培訓(xùn)中心” 和 “中津第一目擊者救護(hù)培訓(xùn)中心” 這三大中心,，舉辦了23次遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn),，培訓(xùn)當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)護(hù)人員347名,。其中，“中津臨床技能培訓(xùn)中心” 為97名醫(yī)生提供了高質(zhì)量技能培訓(xùn),，還在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)普及急救知識(shí)與技能,，大力推廣 “湖南經(jīng)驗(yàn)”。為中國(guó)援津醫(yī)療隊(duì)點(diǎn)贊,！

During the process of medical assistance, the 21st medical team has also paid special attention to promoting the local medical capacity building. The medical team has successfully established three major centers: the China-Zimbabwe Telemedicine Center, the China-Zimbabwe Clinical Skills Training Center, and the China-Zimbabwe First Responder Training Center. It has held 23 remote training sessions, training 347 local medical staff. Among them, the China-Zimbabwe Clinical Skills Training Center has provided high-quality skill training for 97 doctors, popularized first-aid knowledge and skills nationwide, and vigorously promoted the "Hunan Experience".
