1990 年，肖奇出生在衡陽(yáng)一個(gè)普通的家庭,。父母都是國(guó)企職工,，對(duì)他最大的期望就是好好上學(xué)，將來(lái)有份穩(wěn)定的工作,。大學(xué)畢業(yè)后,，他沒(méi)有選擇和父母一樣按部就班參加工作,。
